Owner, Cooper Hafenstein, created Local Landscapes & Property Improvements in the Summer of 2022 in order to pursue his biggest passion: real estate. Cooper has been gaining experience in maintaining and renovating properties for the company while simultaneously investing proceeds into his real estate career.
